What is your reschedule and cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.For Monday appointments, we ask that you cancel or reschedule by Friday of the week prior. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to see you, but you may be asked to reschedule.
For no-shows and late cancellations, we’ll charge $150 to your card on file.

How experienced are your providers?  

All of our treatments are performed by highly trained, licensed medical physician associates who specialize in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Our team brings years of hands-on experience and advanced clinical training, ensuring every treatment is safe, customized, and results-driven.

What level of privacy do your treatment rooms offer?

Each treatment room is fully private and designed for comfort and discretion. We know that self-care is personal, so we’ve created a space where you can fully relax and focus on you without interruption or exposure.

Are treatments non-surgical?

Yes, all of our treatments are non-surgical. We specialize in advanced, minimally invasive procedures that deliver noticeable, natural-looking results with little to no downtime. From injectables to energy-based skin treatments, everything is designed around enhancing your skin—without going under the knife.

What skin types do you usually treat?

We treat all skin types and tones. Our technology and techniques are carefully selected to be safe and effective across the full spectrum of skin diversity. During your consultation, we tailor your treatment plan to your specific skin concerns, tone, and goals.

Do you see patients before or after hours?

We offer early morning and limited after-hours appointments by request to accommodate busy schedules. Reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to find a time that works for you even if it’s outside our standard hours.

Payment Options  

Can I use my insurance at Skin Select?  

No, insurance does not cover cosmetic treatments. All services at Skin Select are self-pay. We do offer financing options to make treatments more accessible.

What are your payment options?  

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Financing options are also available for qualified clients.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans through Cherry, allowing you to split your total into manageable monthly payments. Approval is quick, and some plans have 0% interest options.
