Product Returns

The Client may return purchased skincare products within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and remain unopened. The Company does not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.

Gift Cards

The Company does not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.

Prepaid Services

Prepaid services are refundable within ten (10) days of purchase. Services that have been rendered cannot be refunded. All prepaid services must be redeemed within one (1) year of the purchase date.

Training Courses

All payments for training courses are non-refundable.

General Provisions

The Company reserves the right to modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
